    keyword=Wien Angle change from +20 to -70

    Wien angel was calculated yesterday by the OPS http://opweb.acc.jlab.org/CSUEApps/elog02/elog_item.php?elog_id=1746178 and was set yesterday to be +20 degrees, which gives Hall A ~99% of the maximum. Sasha noticed that there is "flipper" which should be off, but is in the state of "left". When he told me that, I called Jay. After checking, Jay found that was a mistake. With the flipper, Wien angle needs to be at -70 degrees to give us the 99% of the maximum polarization. OPS changed the Wien angle to -70 degree this morning (see ELOG 1758935).
