This morning I was called about a problem for the DAQ in which the rcgui
was not able to successfully configure.  Since, I was in my office, I 
startcoda from there.  When I attempted to configure the rcgui, I saw the
same issue as the third worker on shift.  I also noticed these messages
in the rcgui xterm window that I do not recall seeing before.  It seemed
that the rcgui was having problems connecting to the COOL DB.  I decided
to reload the configuration from the COOL menu.  This fixed the problem, 
and I could start a new run after I did this.
