 start sieve in:

 (1) center the beam & set raster (i.e. repeat what we have been
                                  doing but @ 10 nA) [Jixie]

 (2) sieve in data at only our physics setting (should setup that way
from the
 start and stay there the entire time) [Jixie]

       - carbon target  ( 20 min. 10 nA )
       - production target ( 20 min. 10 nA )

 CHECK DATA to make sure we have good sieve runs.

 (3) access hall and pull both sieves out

 (4) physics, physics, physics ( 10 nA ) [Moshe will check]
       - "dummy target" (carbon) at least 30 min.
       - production target
