Checked MRPC TDC, send signal through NIM/ECL converter ribbon cable had wrong polarity so it should be ok now and send some logic signal in VME discriminator to have signal in V1290 too. Still need to do the timing to be able to use highest resolution. I moved the RF signal from Left arm to Right arm. I used the cables labeled HAPPEX sync1 they had the copied of retiming and cerenkov that were sent upstairs to troubleshoot T4. I noticed that resolution of RF signal was not better than 200 ps looking at the scope. RF signal is attenuated a lot and it seems RF prescaler had problem to see the pulses and missed some from time to time. I got the RF prescaler surveyed and put it upstair, since signal frequency is reduced from 499 MHz to 6.25 MHz attenuation is better and signal can be handled by standard NIM electronics. I reused the BigBite BNC cables to send RF signal to MRPC DAQ.
