This entry is a followup to: 382047

The plot in last entry only showed half the picture. Figure 1 is the
complete one.

Figure2 and 3 is the sieve patter of these two runs respectively. You can
see from figure 3 that tg_phi is tilted due to the not symmetric left
septum field. Hopefully correcting it back will remove the first order
correlation of vz and tg_theta. 
(This is from original optics matrix, so even the one of 2725 with good
septum is not lined up well yet.)
