    08:00 Shift started with:

    Left at 1.4684 GeV/c, events collected: 24.4M, scaled by average Pt2=61.6%2 gives 16.34M, goal is 55M;

    Right arm is being ramped up to elastic setting 2.2279 GeV/c.

    09:30 Right arm dipole is set;

    10:00 Moved target to carbon; Escorted access to put in sieve slits in both HRSs.

    10:26 Changing Left HRS momentum to 2.251 GeV/c, the elastic setting for Carbon. At this point we realized the right arm is not set to Carbon elastic, but hydrogen elastic. We have set the Right momentum to 2.251 GeV/c as well.

    10:38 Turned off both fast and slow rasters;

    11:05 Moved target from carbon to CH2;

    11:30 Done with optics. Changed Left HRS momentum to 1.4684 GeV/c, set Right HRS momentum to 1.1937 GeV/c; Escorted access to remove sieve slits from both HRSs.

    11:36 Turned on both fast and slow rasters; Left P0 set, Right dipole still ramping.

    11:47 Sieves are out. Waiting for beam. Right dipole still ramping, Right Septum set to same current as the Left.

    11:57 Moved target to Top NH3 cell and start polarizing. Should have done this 20 minutes earlier, sorry!

    12:15 Resume production on Left.

    12:23 Changed beam IHWP from OUT to IN.

    12:51 Changed target to bottom cell. Last run using Top cell is 5851.

    13:26 The target polarization is 74% and rising but not rising as fast as expected. RF power is lower than expected. We asked for an escorted access so target experts can take a look at the target.

    13:52 Turned on Right Septum regulation. Readback is 483A (previously was set to 603A).

    14:01 Right arm momentum is set! But we are still in controlled access.

    14:10 End of controlled access, we are ready for beam!

    14:25 CODA crashed, kcoda and restarted for both arms. Runs 5852 and 24449 are very short junk runs.

    14:35 Back to full production! First good production runs using the Bottom cell are 5853 and 24550.

    15:43 Beam has been off for over 20 minutes. We stopped both arm data. Now changing Left momentum to 1.3509 GeV/c.

    15:51 Left HRS momentum is set. But MCC is still having problem delivering the beam.

    16:00 MCC is just ready for sending beam. We are ready for production for both arms!
