    keyword=Yves suggestion: lower beam current when moving beam position

    Yves just called from MCC.  He suggested that when changing the beam position during BPM 
calibrations we should lower the beam current to ~0.5 uA (pulsed beam) until the beam is settled 
at the new position.  As James mentioned in his post (383545) we should keep an eye on magnet 
flow levels and the low dump ion chamber whenever they are adjusting the beam position.
