Target polarized to ~85% so we are resuming production.

The current plan is:
-Leave left arm at P=2.2279GeV/c and take 99M events. 
-Finish P=1.1745GeV/c on right arm (~6M more events)
-Move right arm to P=1.104GeV/c and take data until left arm finishes.
-Move right arm to P=1.0157GeV/c to start the next setting and move left
arm to P=1.104GeV/c to finish that setting and do dilution.
-Move left arm to match right arm and finish production.
