I noticed that the slow raster size is 1.4Vx1.4V now. It should be
1.4Vx1.6V. After check the Halog, I find that this change happened after
the anneal. Since we already took dilution runs and ~10 hours production
runs with this raster size, if we change it now, the dilution runs will
not be in the same condition with the production runs, so I will keep
this raster size for the rest of this shift. Tomorrow after the beam
energy change, we will need to decide the raster size again anyway.
