keyword=Beam energy will not be so stable since Hall C is not up

Beam energy is not so stable because Hall C is not up and they have the energy lock. Talked with MCC and they said with such low beam current it is hard to stablize the beam energy. We will keep an eye on the strip chart. The HALLA:p value is around 3349.8GeV after we start production.
