    With the new TI board and event blocking (block size 100), first I
    run in RAW mode and adjust the timing to get a picture like in fig 1
    for snapshots of the signal. Next, I run in PULSE INTEGRAL mode,
    see fig 2 for this integral. I don't understand yet what causes
    the structure, but I know that the relative sizes of the peaks
    depends on the threshold. If the threshold is lower, there are
    two effects: more appears at lower integral values in this
    distribution, and if the threshold is really low the number of
    integral pulses can be less than the block size (100), which
    explains the "missing data" we had before.
