    Beam was off for 3 hours in middle of the Pb target tests. MCC feels they have
    possibly solved the BCM trip problems; we try a brief test with dummy target as
    they raise current; BCM trips at 20 microamps, so the problem persists, and we
    are limited to 20 ua for now. Will try to go back to Pb tests at 8 ua.
