• Circuit boards: 600 boards are soldered on one side and 200 on both sides. We've lost Clive who won't help us with that anymore. Charles will try to get someone else to do the job.

 
• Ti flange gluing:  88 flanges have been glued so far. The present rate is 8/day. Several tests have been performed on all the glued flanges to make sure the paralellness is good enough.

 
• Sockets/pins gluing:  210 sockets are ready so far. The rate is about 20/day.

 
• DAQ:  Ting reports on linearity/stability tests of the fastbus ADCs. The results are satisfying. He will give actual linearity results next week.

 
• Mini-collaboration meeting:  THe mini-collaboration meeting is very likely to happen thursday next week all afternoon (starting at 2pm). We would review most of the RCS setup. I will send an email later this week to set this up.

 
• Wires/heat shrink tubing/springs:  I've ordered the heat shrink tubing, it will arrive within a week. The wires will be ordered soon, and should arrive shortly too. The quotation for the springs is not back yet but should be here shortly. Once reviewed, we will order the springs and will get them 5 weeks later. We might want to ask for a small sample to start with.
