Meeting was in the room F226. EVO was easy to use. Big screen helps too.

We discussed the comments made by the DOE reviewers. I posted the documents here:

We agreed that the technical reports for each individual subsystem 
need to written before the construction start. 
We agreed that the UV curing option needs to be tested and documented. 
We also discussed the plan for the "SBS hour" at December meeting.  
A three talk plan was accepted.
