1) Bogdan - Update on ECal. Brian Existing enclosure is light tight or no.
            Currently there is no light tightness. Plan is to use 200 mu aluminum
            foil to make a enclosure around ECal. Since electrical tape can not be
            used Bogdan is going to use one peace of aluminum foil.
