1)	Sergey Abrahamyan gives brief report on electronics/DAQ status
a)	There is some discussion of space organization
2)	Bogdan Wojtsekhowski reports that MQT is working with an external gate, but there is 10% jitter. 
Will need to resolve the jitter problem
3)	Vahe Mamyan gives talk on Scintillators for HCAL

(1)	Absorption and emission spectra
(2)	Scintillator surface quality (shows picture - not very good but good enough)
(3)	Air gap won’t be in the final product
(4)	NOTE: 255 photo-electrons (not photons)
4)	Bogdan asks for suggestions for the collaboration meeting (speakers and agenda items). Also, wants 
feedback on the proposed dates, May 24-25
