1)	Evaristo Cisbani gives talk on the status of the front tracker GEM’s
a)	See link, discusses:
i)	Foil modifications
ii)	Exploring gain changes observed at DESY
(1)	Humidity a factor but not enough
(2)	Oxygen another possibility

2)	Bogdan Wojtsekhowski announces:
a)	Nilanga will represent A1n on the coordinating committee
b)	Leaves the chief scientist position to be decided
i)	Suggest Bogdan and Gordon together, but this implies a change to the charter.
ii)	Bogdan agrees to start out as chief scientist, but plan to change the charter so both can do 
it.
c)	The magnet is here!
d)	Will order the flat coils and use the existing saddle coils (making new saddle coils is too costly)
i)	Implies a 5% reduction in acceptance
e)	Contract with UVa to make 29 GEM modules is in place at JLab (still need UVa final approval)
3)	Seamus is working on Radiation Simulation Backgrounds
