Agenda:		John - Test of the NINO Card at Mainz

John - 		NINO Tests

			- Test was set up at Mainz and NINO performance tested with two beam energies
			- Geant-4 simulation of photon tagger at Glasgow
			- Test set up and results of the beam test were presented
			- results for the pulse height and timing look good
			- Discussions
			  - NINO card sensitivity
			  - Increasing effective dynamic range of NINIO threshold
			  - Number of photo-electrons per NINO card
			  - MAPMT performance
			- Outlook
			  - Further test scheduled for the end of January 2016
			  - Addition of capacitor at NINO front end to be further investigated 
			    with CDet pattern NINO card. 
			  

Bogdan - 	HCal Geometry
			
			- Showing the drawing of the HCal
			- Reviewing the issue of HCal being off-center
			- The primary focus is on shielding the beam line.
