Simona - Update on ECAL readout

			- HCAL Layout
			- Explaining ECAL Labeling convention and options
			- Discuses ECAL Readout - Inventory and tests
			- To Do:
			  - Test the RSC bases
			  - Modify and test the SELEX bases
			  - Need to have the 14 Sum-of-8 modules fixed and find 6 additional other to reach 116 
			  - Finish inventory of Sum-of-32 modules, discriminators, OR modules and test them all
			  - Finish inventory signal cables, patch panels, HV supplies, and cables patch panels
 	  
Andrew - SBS RICH update
			- Reviewing SBS RICH
			- Recent progress in building/commissioning of PICH PMT test stand at UCONN
			- PMTs  received form Gent
			- Explaining the HV interface and VME DAQ system
			- Discussing the results of single-electron noise event on the scope
			- Showing the results from studying the characteristics of the LEDs
			- DAQ
			- Presenting results from "low" light level and "high" light level
			- Plans:
			  - Production PMT testing
			  - Including configuration changes
			  - Testing all PMTs
			  - Hire, train undergrads and new grad student and complete PMT testing
