Robin -  SBS-Counterweight support and magnet assembly

		- Finish the assembly of the counterweight. 
		- Add the 1" dowels between the CW blocks at the specified locations. 
		- Build out the hydraulic system 
		- Add the spacer shims to the jacks
		- LCW upgrades in the TestLab are planned to be completed by the end of April.


Francesco -  CDet module commissioning update

		- Presenting test and analysis results
		- Discussing the efficiency of ADC channels
		- Most of the work has been on software
		- Plans:
		  - More analysis tools
		  - Find an optimum for NINO theshold and PMTs HV
