Brian	-  Announcements:

		- Collaboration meeting dates are confirmed to be July 21 and 22
		- Seamus will be the head for the CC and will take over this Summer
		
		
Mark	-  Final report to the DOE

		- Recommendations on the DOE report:
		  - Should provide to DOE a report on the ECal annealing tests
		  - Describing trigger and DAQ electronics
		  - Evaluate ECal project
		- Comments:
		  - Should formulate a plan for measuring trigger efficiency
		  - Bogdan: How to address each individual comment?
		  - The ECAL and the polarized 3He target external dependencies are behind schedule
		  - The Collaboration is encouraged to extend the effort on the simulation and 
		     analysis framework  
		  
		  
Gregg	-  HCal status

		- Report on module production and assembly progress
		- 50% of modules are completed and delivered to JLab
		- Light guide assembly in progress
		- Reviewing the subassembly design and status at JLab
		- Plans:
