Constructed 7 tube setup with witness to test for relative gains

See roughly 100 pe's with LED setup

Takes roughly 1 hour to set up to let PMTs adjust to darkness and warm up

Many tubes look very poor - take a while to warm up, afterpulsing

Tested about 600 - can do 3~4 sets per day

Have workforce for fall

Bogdan asks for warm tube tests by putting for hours in oven
on the order of a month

John suggests stress testing PMTs over time to test how long they will survive

Full set of PMTs would take three months
