Anticipate GMn readiness review in Spring 2017

Timing scintillators need to be done in situ
Have questions over required HV and DAQ for timing plane

Presents order of operations for installation of detectors

Probably requires graduate student (GMn collaboration?)
Nilanga will have a student available for GEMs when the time comes
