Quinn 
    Robin notes Jessie's estimate for installation is 6-8 months
    Will poll institutions on available manpower

Jones
    Brings up issue of slow controls for magnets
    48D48 must be controlled by ACC due to beamline steering
    Ole was to be physics liaison?
    Will add in scientific goals to detector status

Wines
    Will have drawings complete by June 14 for beamline support
    Only few items left to complete for fabricating
    Still working out three scenarios for HCal support to show
        Original required decabling between moves
        Second was to buy floor plates to roll it around like SBS
            (favor option)
        Third option is for new exoskeltal frame to lift as unit
            (would require larger crate)

    Need to have meeting to discuss and choose option

Franklin
    Drawings for support tied into finishing cabling gantry
    Needs additional support from JLab (crane operator)

    Brian presents Todd's slides briefly

    Will have gas system presentation May 10
    Andrew will show GEM shielding hut calculation
