    HCal and UVa GEMs need to provide shortterm goals

Will solicit KPPs from subsystems to augment milestones

Annand - plate, frame
    Milestones - Andrew simulation
    Frame redesign
    Analyzer procurement

John will provide rough dates to begin GEn-recoil outline

Andrew - will move JLab RICH to first two weeks in April
    Securing space for it to be stored

Hoping to have it near the coordinate detector (similar electronics)
    Bogdan - is still in test lab
