A- rating last year at PAC
Setup is common to GMn, GEn

Analyzing power goes up in 1/p

Did charge exchange scattering n+Cu -> p Ay measurement
    similar to 12C

Charge exchange is preferable at higher momenta

Will use copper analyzer
    would go in existing SBS CH2 GEp frame


Has list of additional needs
    10 UVA GEMs (Nilanga expects to have ready)
    Shielding (Nilanga: already designed)
    Gas supply
    Copper analyzer ($10k)
    Plastic scintillator (Sawatsky, Kohl expected to provide)
    Polarimeter detector frames
        (Need designer, not identified nor funding for construction)
        Met with Thia but not clear when or if

Readiness review for later this year

Nilanga:  Frame probably significant issue (few thousand)

Bogdan:  Concern about side mounts and access to underlying normal GEM
    electronics

Side GEMs will not be necessary for Q2= 4.5 GeV2
