Hs overview with shielding in place

Has tungsten collimators - need to be put into simulation

Using cylindrical oven to accomodate different angles

Have three prototypes now with joined metal end windows using electroplating
Working out issues with vacuum leaks

Wants to use epoxy for intermediate steps

Shows pictures of end window components

Will have first test cell from Princeton glass blower (Mike Susa) soon

Discusses ideas for filling cells

Has timeline for DOE milestones - full cell in about 1 year


Polarimetry - need to know kappa0 by measuring water cell

Has improved signal to noise considerably by controlling microphonics
    and EM background

Has 1% shift in water cell absolute calibration due to averaging techinique
    Does want to use water cells for future calibrations

Has breakthrough in field direction measurement
    Hall probes can identify zero by perpendicular field very well

Will need to go into hall to move oven and fields
    Need to think about absolute direction calibration
