  2. Completion of old tasks such as determination of final kinematics and formulation of detailed run plan, including calibration studies, sieve slit measurements, spectrometer offset measurements, and luminosity determination and monitoring measurements
  3. Writing of formal required documents such as the COO
  4. Preparation of on-line data analysis software, kumac files for ESPACE
  5. Determination of manpower available for experiment and number of people trained in specific areas, such as cryo-target. Graduate student and post-doc assignments
  6. Tentative identification of Run Coordinators
  7. Formation of data analysis group
