On September 17,  I will give the presentation of Luminosity Monitor.
I may need 20 minutes.

The estimation has not be  finished,

Some informations of the Luminosity monitor. 
 Following conditions;

1)  Thin scintillator ( about 1 cm  thickness ), two or three  coincidence

2)   Detector:  The angle is about 120 deg,   
                   The position will be about 1.5 m or 2m  from target
chamber.

3)  The events ( particles) from He-3 target, estimated by Dr. Pavel
Degtiarenko ( J-Lab).
     He calculated them by GIANT, and sent me, last week.
     Incident electron energies are  1.3 GeV, and 4 GeV.

  My feeling is not so easy to get 3 or 5% accuracy.
  Any way, I will show some of our estimations.  We will discuss about it.
