The Chen/Cates/Meziani
He3 experiment is taking data on schedule. Quality
data are expected by Xmas.

Due to the Gen accident
in HallC, All safety-related issues at Jlab are
under review.

The move of Hall A to
the A wings of crystal palace is scheduled for the
first week of January.
HARP (J. Templon)
First part of
the HARP detector has arrived at Jlab
The Charter (J. Templon)

The Charter is
accepted (51-0), with 1/3 of the membership voting.

The charter amendments
proposed by R. Gilman were briefly
discussed, and it was decided to present them at the business
meeting if a quorum was present.
New Proposals (J. Templon)
GeP at high Q2
(Perdrisat et al ) and Parity with Lead (B. Michaels et
al.) are recommended by the CC
for Hall A experiment.
