To fill out the ``Hall Time Account Table'', you may use the ABU web page (available onsite only) which is filled automatically. Credit mainly to A. Freyberger and M. Bickley.
Simply transcribe three columns into the usual beam accounting TCL window: 1) ABU, 2) Beam Available but not in use, and 3) Beam Not available. Other columns are irrelevant. The software does not determine accelerator configuration changes.
Note that the definition of "DAQ running" is the logical "and" of DAQ accepting triggers and beam on.
An important restriction is that this automated web page works ONLY FOR PRODUCTION RUNNING. i.e. it does not account for beam used by a variety of other tasks, such as energy measurements or HARP scans. Shift workers have final say over the contents of the beam accounting table.
