variable failed to readout.
Note that one receives alternative event 131 of accelerator
information (the first group) and hall A controls information
(the second group). Each of these come every 30 sec.
A smaller group of the "most important" signals consisting of
IPM1H03A and 3B XPOS and YPOS, and hac_bcm_average comes every 4 sec.
