Safety Documentation
Users are required to have Jefferson Lab safety training, including
EH&S and radiation worker training, which are regularly scheduled,
and ODH training / testing, which is given by the User Liaison Office.

Please confirm that you have read the COO by signing the counting house
copy; please note that there is an addendum to the COO in the CH.

RSAD: Radiological Safety Analysis Document:
The RSAD is in the counting house binder, and should be read
before you first go on shift.

OLD Hall A ESAD - postscript
There are in addition several more documents to read, and the Hall A safety
walkthrough.

A copy of the Hall A 2002 RWP is in the counting house. Please read and
sign it if you have not already done so.

For this experiment we will be using radiators mounted directly on the
cryotarget cell block; we will not be using the separate Hall A radiator.
There is a 60 $\mu$A upper limit on the current for the radiator targets,
raster is needed for these targets for currents exceeding 10 $\mu$A.

Jefferson Lab
experiment
schedule
- The exeriment is not shown on the current schedule.
With the cryotarget failure the revised dates for beam are about
October 4 - October 15, giving us 11 days of beam time.
Those coming from out of town should coordinate with the run
coordinate / join the mailing list to get notices.
We are followed by Ulmer et al. deuteron electro-disintegration.

The run coordinators are: Seonho Choi (Sep 20 - Oct 2) and Olivier Gayou
(Oct 2 - Oct 13)
- The new 4 and 2 GeV run plan is here:

At present, due to the cryotarget accident, we do not expect to take any
3 GeV data.
- The old 3 GeV run plan remains here:
