This is a very basic checklist that should be completed whenever an access is
made into the hall by a target expert.

Please check the following when there is a controlled access:

Magnet Current (Fluke or EPICS) ________________________________

Target Camera (confirm on monitor) ______________________________

NMR RF amplifier (on and ready for signal) ______________________

Target Oven Airflow (acrylic flow meter) ________________________

Cooling Jets Airflow (acrylic flow meter)________________________

NMR Preamps (on/off) ____________________________________________

There will be an extended checklist for an access in which extensive work is
performed, but this is a minimum of what must be checked.
