Got my code to work to the point where I can identify quasi-elastic 
hadron events (quasi.pdf)

Put together flow charts to guide my progress (flow.pdf)

To do for next time:
- Finish variables -- charge ID, missing mass
- Background
- Dilution (nitrogen and p/n)
- Extract GEn
- Do again for Kin 2
- Get Sergey/Seamus beamline information
