Short update this week.  Spent most of the week trying to understand how to get
the proper rate dependence from the values that I showed last week.  Did a lot
of trying to put the expressions for the rate dependence into a simple form
and fit to it.

Apparently, this is much easier with Minuit. However, I have not worked with 
Minuit in the past. Currently trying to figure out Minuit to the point of 
fitting my values and getting the correct rate dependence.
