Analysis Update

Provided pion asymmetry numbers for Kin 2, 3, and 4.  The errors in the files
are not correct, but the errors on the plots are correct.

When scientific computing is restored, I can re-run to get the correct errors 
in the data file.

Continued work on background neutral to charged ratio:
Recall: the plan was to take the total number of background events from the 
out-of-time region.  Then, the idea was to take the ratio of neutral/charged 
in the large q_perp region (restricting to single quasi-elastic hits), and 
apply that to the total number of background events to get the number of 
background neutrals. 

Looking at the neutral/charged ratio for the large q_perp region 
(250Mev<q_perp<350Mev), Plot: single_slice.pdf

varying the size of the TOF cut (centered at elastic 
TOF).  As you can see, there is no place where this flattens out.

Tried to vary the size location of the cut (relative to elastic), but still no 
flat region: cut_location_wide.pdf

Tried to widen it further, but was unable to save the plot.  As of 11:30am, 
unable to recreate it.  However, at high TOF (say, 20-50ns), the ratio is 
fairly flat (with large errors).

For next time:
0) re-run pion asymmetry, and post results to Wiki.
1) complete neutral/charge background -- possibly going to Seamus' method.
2) nitrogen dilution (needs corrected n/c background to be complete).
3) proton leakage (needs corrected n/c and rate dependence).
4) finite acceptance GEn extraction.
