The AGEn library is the software package developed for the GEn experiment that extends the functionality of the ROOT/analyzer. Specifically designed for the hardware in the experiment, it contains, for example, the decoding code for detectors, clustering code for the neutron arm?, and the tracking and optics code for the BigBite spectrometer.
