The full report by Tim Ngo, which provides the internal geometry of the neutron detector, as well as the position of the detector in the Hall.

In the Run database (currently the db_run.dat file) the position of the neutron detector is specified by the location (angle wrt to the beamline, distance from the Hall center) of the plumb-bob at the front of the Neutron Detector.
