Special Task Results:

Upcoming Week

Program for the Upcoming Week:
E04-018 (started on July 3). 7/6 - Energy (and pass) change to 2.183 GeV 7/8 - Pass change to 0.737 GeV

Planned Special Task:
Spectrometer moves once or twice per day.

Special Requests:
Fast feedback must be on. 100uA. As few beam trips/hr as possible.

Significant Problems Pending:
Left spectrometer quad power supply still needs fixed. Will still run experiment without it.

General Comments/Concerns

Beam Quality Issues:
During E03-101, beam was fantastic. Pass changes went quickly, and support of controlled access was done in a timely manner.

Other:
The proper tuning of the Wein angle during this experiment was not vital, but would have aided for expanded knowledge of the gamma - PP reaction. Future measurements of this reaction will benefit from polarized electron beam.
