Because of the large mismatch between the HRS momentum setting
and the beam energy, there are some events which get into the
acceptance that could have lost a lot of energy due to radiation.
These events have a significant depolarization (~10 % typical),
but they are rare.  The net result is a depolarization factor
of 0.986.  This still needs to be checked; it seems high to me.
