1) Five scalers involved:

scaler4 : happex scaler
scaler6 : SIS3801, the first one from the left of the crate
scaler7 : SIS3801, the second one from the left
scaler8 : SIS3801, the third from left, newly added
scaler9 : SIS3820, the first from left, different stype, also newly added

2) The copies of 100kHz pulser are plugged into:

scaler4_0,  scaler6_0, scaler6_16, scaler7_0, 
scaler7_26, scaler8_0, scaler9_0

3) 'scaler6_0VSev_num.pdf' is the readings in chan1 of scaler6 VS event number. This simply shows how the frequency (=readings/0.033) changed with time.

3) The other plots are the difference between two scalers VS the average readings of the two. (the numbers in both x axies and y axies are readings, rather than frequency)

4) Did not plan to draw plots like 'scaler6_0VSscaler4_0', because the plots above have already included the information these plots would like to show. Just my opinion. If really needs, I will add.

5) Since Roc23 is down now, which tells information about pair synchronization, we can not plot asymmetries right now. Will do once the Roc23 is repaired.
