Dear Xiaochao,

I attach a file ("mstw2008structurefunctions.f") containing the Fortran code for F_2 and F_L used in the MSTW2008 fit.  To use it, link to "mstwpdf.f" and "alphaS.f", and call the MSTWNC() subroutine in your main program.  There is an example of usage given in the attached "example_sf.f".  Unfortunately, only the photon contribution is currently implemented and a version extended to include the gamma-Z interference is not a high priority for me at the moment.
