Optimize++ README
this script is mainly modified based on Nilanga's espace version by Ole.
yi made some final modificaions:

1. In the optimization for single arm, only one arm database needed
2. Full name of input files should be defined in inputdat
3. Removed the x-tg correction
4. Changed the method calculating dp.kin in Event.cpp
5. Changed the method calculating x,y,th and ph peak in Peak.cpp
6. Add an option to optition to optimize ytg using no sieve data
