The attached files provide a draft for the comparison between
DWIA and HF relevant to Fig. 1 of Nilanga's paper.  I finally received
a response of Ryckebusch and believe that he would regard this
discussion as accurate.  I did not have the normalization factor handy
and no doubt the citations will have to be changed for consistency
with the rest of the latex file.
