S1 is the left center
S2 is the right center
S3 is fringe field
BB gaussmeter is left septum near the downstream beamline side and near the beamline side wall of the tunnel

5 times of ramping iterations.

iteration 1: ramp up, not care the order of left or right current 
0--600 every 50 per step
600--850 every 20 per step
then follow the same steps coming down

  iteration 2: ramp up, not care the order
0--600 every 100 per step
600--800 every 40 per step
then come down

iteration 3: ramp up right first, then left
