Run 2086 was a good BPM pedestal run. The output of this run can be found in
/adaqs2/home/adev/pedestal/bpmana. may.6.2000.pedestal. The figure below
first shows the pedestal data and then shows a typical run.
The MCC proceedure to get us set-up for a pedestal run is as follows:
1) Open BPM window "BPM Diagnostics - SEE"
2) From there pull down the "Expert Screens" and open "Gain Control"
3) For IOCSE10, use the pull down window and change from "auto gain"
to "forced gain". Then change the Forced Gain values x and y to zero.
The previous error was not changing the pull down window from auto
gain to forced gain.
