16:00	After the spin dance, the beam polarization siggn seemed to be reversed. 



	Swing shift starts. Continue taking data for kin thcm50. 

	Beam is off. 

16:13	Beam back to Hall A(49uA).

16:39	Beam was off due to injector problem. 



17:26	Starting test runs for fixing the helicity dependent charge Asymmetry problem. MCC is going to rotate the half wavelength plate.

18:09	Beam tripped due to cavity problem.

18:25	Finished the adjustment of the half wavelength plate. Now the Asy is 4.6e-4.

20:30	BPM problem. No bpm display in GUI.  IPM1P02A, IPM1P02B,

 IPM1P03A, IPM1H01., IPM1H04A, IPM1H04B not working. Beam was taken

off to check the problem.

20:51	MCC told us they need an access to Hall A to fix the BPM problem. 

21:15	Beam back to Hall A(41uA)	

21:29	Replayed the run 2954 and 2953 again.  The BPM info. can be checked.

Seems the espace et replay didn't work well when there is some epics communication problem.   The regular replay can still get those BPM info. from the 

datafile.

23:20	Beam current increased back to 54uA.
