I gave up too quick this morning. Working again in these 2 blocks with bad TDCs, I finally replaced the bad cable (#143), with the existing old #47 that was already layed there for timing purpose. I observe a signal at the end of this cable.
I also moved the block #121 to a free TDC channel. This one can not be checked before we take beam again.
