    Among other things, a log of the spectrometer
    momentum changes
    is kept by the IOCs. The log for hallasc16
    (the Right spectrometer magnet control) between
    5:00 and 8:00 AM Jan 11, 2001 is shown below.
    From it, the only thing that one can conclude is that hallasc16
    was working correctly. It will be nice if next time we could
    get a more detail entry of the observed behaviour.
